I help teams regain momentum when performance stalls. Leaders and staff work with me when they want clear standards, accountability, and steady execution.

Over nine years with the Jillaroos, we built the most successful teams in women’s rugby league history. We won multiple world titles. We set strong standards for culture, accountability, and execution. I also helped grow the women’s game through pathways and national high performance programs.

Today I bring championship rigour to organisations. Engagements include tailored keynotes, workshops and mentoring. We start with deep discovery. Then we apply practical frameworks for alignment and accountability. The aim is clear expectations, better decisions, and reliable follow through.
